Who is it for? This state-mandated program is for single adults who do not qualify for benefits from Social Security or the Department of Human Services. What does it offer? It provides an ongoing monthly grant if you have no income and are currently seeking employment or waiting for a determination on disability benefits. What to know: This program has Work Program requirements. Our caseworkers can fully explain the specific criteria and requirements to you. Emergency Assistance:
Who is it for? Residents who meet our income guidelines and are facing a sudden financial crisis What does it offer? Help with urgent expenses like rent, mortgage, or when you have a disconnect notice for essential utilities (gas, electric, and/or water). LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program):
Who is it for? Residents who meet our income guidelines and are unable to manage their heating costs. What does it offer? Assistance to manage your heating costs. Food Pantry and Food Recovery Program:
